Nikos Mourkogiannis (nikos@panthealeadership.com) is a senior advisor on leadership to Booz Allen and a senior partner at Panthea Ltd., a global consulting firm based in London. He is the author of Purpose: The Starting Point of Great Companies (Palgrave Macmillan, 2006).

Gary L. Neilson (neilson_gary@bah.com) is a senior vice president with Booz Allen in Chicago.
