Vinay Couto (couto_vinay@bah.com) is a vice president with Booz Allen Hamilton in Chicago. He advises companies across multiple industries on sourcing strategies for business process outsourcing and assists those clients in running outsourcing programs.

Nikos Mourkogiannis (nikos@panthealeadership.com) is a senior advisor on leadership to Booz Allen and a senior partner at Panthea Ltd., a global consulting firm based in London. He is the author of Purpose: The Starting Point of Great Companies (Palgrave Macmillan, 2006).

Gary L. Neilson (neilson_gary@bah.com) is a senior vice president with Booz Allen in Chicago. The coauthor of Results: Keep What’s Good, Fix What’s Wrong, and Unlock Great Performance (Crown Business, 2005), he leads the Booz Allen team that developed the organizational DNA concept, which helps companies diagnose and solve problems associated with ineffective organization and strategy implementation.
