Privacy Statement

PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Product Sales LLC, the licensing subsidiary of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, the US firm of the PricewaterhouseCoopers network of firms, is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information, and this privacy statement explains how PwC treats your personal information when you use this site, its subdomains and mobile versions (the “Web Site”). By using this Web Site and submitting any personal information, you agree to the use by PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Product Sales LLC and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (“PwC,” “we” or “us”) of such data in accordance with this privacy statement. 

Data collection

PwC collects personally identifiable information, which is specifically and voluntarily provided by you. You may choose to provide certain personally identifiable information, such as your name, company name, address, email address, telephone number, and credit card information to us when you visit the Web Site. We will use this information for the purpose(s) for which it was supplied to us, which may include:

PwC’s intention is not to seek any sensitive information through the Web Site, unless legally required. Sensitive information includes a number of types of data relating to: race or ethnic origin; political opinions; religious or other similar beliefs; trade union membership; physical or mental health; sexual life; or criminal record. We suggest that you do not provide sensitive information of this nature. It is PwC’s policy to limit the specific, individualized information collected to only the minimum information required to complete a visitor’s request. In any instance where non-mandatory, specific, individualized  information is sought, you will be notified of this at the point of collection.

Use of data

Our Web Site does not collect or compile personally identifiable information for dissemination or sale to outside parties for consumer marketing purposes, or host mailings on behalf of third parties. Cookies and log files

Cookies may be used on some pages of the Web Site. “Cookies” are small text files placed on your hard drive that assist us in providing a more customized website experience. For example, a cookie can be used to store registration information in an area of the website so that a user does not need to re-enter it on subsequent visits to that area. It is PwC’s policy to use cookies to make navigation of our websites easier for visitors and to facilitate efficient registration procedures. Data Retention

The personal data that you submit to us will only be retained for as long as is required for the purposes for which it was collected. Contact information about visitors, such as mailing list and subscription information, is kept until the individual unsubscribes or requests that we delete that information. 


Should you wish to unsubscribe from our mailing list or any registrations, we will provide instructions within the appropriate area of the Web Site or in communications to you; or you may contact our webmaster


Visitor updates of information should be handled by going back through the registration process. Inquiries about the accuracy of identifying information previously submitted to PwC through the Web Site, or requests to have outdated information removed, should be directed to our webmaster.
