When you use or otherwise interact with our Site, we will collect information about you. Automatically Collected Information

EEA PRIVACY NOTICE
The below applies to users located in the EEA. PwC is the data controller of EEA Personal Data that is submitted to or otherwise collected by PwC through this Site.
Personal Data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable living person. Location of Processing
As mentioned above, we are part of a global network of firms. In common with other professional service providers, we use third parties, some of which are located in other countries, to help us run our business. This includes to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and to countries that do not have laws that provide the same degree of protection for personal data. We have taken steps designed to ensure adequate protection and that transfers of personal information outside the EEA are done lawfully.

Where we transfer personal data outside of the EEA to a country not determined by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection for personal information, the transfers will be under an agreement which covers the EU requirements for the transfer of personal information outside the EU, such as standard contractual clauses. The servers powering and facilitating that cloud infrastructure are located in secure data centres around the world, and personal data may be stored in any one of them.
